Beginner Sewing – My Baby’s Memory Bunting

In this relaxed, 2.5-hour beginner sewing class, you’ll learn all the basics (even if you’ve never touched a sewing machine before) and transform 3–5 of your baby’s outgrown clothes into stunning bunting for their nursery or bedroom.

How to set up and thread a sewing machine
Winding a bobbin
Practising your first stitches
Cutting and sewing bunting flags using your baby’s clothing
Creating a beautiful, professional finish you can be proud of

All included – no faff:
Everything you need is provided, including fabric for backing, bias binding, tools, and the use of a sewing machine. All you need to bring are 3–5 outgrown baby grows or vests to turn into your bunting.

Bring your baby along. This Mummy Sews HQ is fully set up for little ones not yet toddling, with prams, car seats, bouncers, and highchairs welcome, plus a safe playpen and changing facilities.
